What is your return policy?

Most of my items are made to order and, as such, I'm unable to accept returns or refunds.  If you are not happy with your order please let me know and I will do my very best to make it right.  

How long will it take to get my order?

Many of my items are made to order and can take up to 5 business days to process.  Once complete, shipping time varies depending on which shipping option you choose at check out.  If you need an item by a certain time, let me know, I can likely offer faster shipping options or prioritize making your order.

Do you ever make custom items?

Yes, all of the time!  I love custom orders - so if you have an idea, let me know and let's dream something up together.

Are you really a Dave Matthews Band fan or just along for the ride?

I've been a DMB fan since I first heard them back in 1995 at a friends 15th birthday party.  I care about this DMB family as much as you do and nothing fills my cup up quite like having the opportunity to send my creations out across the world to fans just like me! 

 What's your favorite song?

I'm pretty basic when it comes to my favorite song - it's a tie between "Pig" and "Say Goodbye"... but "Rapunzel" comes in just behind those two, and was the namesake of this little shop.  After all... I do my best for you, I do.

In your humble opinion, which is the best album?

Oh, I'm not humble about my opinion on this, it's Before These Crowded Streets and I won't hear any differing opinions about it!
